You can delete your account through the Trippu app under Settings → Delete Account, or by visiting our account deletion page. Your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent removal as required by financial compliance regulations.
Please close and reopen the app. If the issue persists after 5 minutes, contact us at support@trippu.co.in with your Trip ID and a screenshot of the status shown.
Go to the app Settings → Documents section. You can upload your driving license (front and back), Aadhaar card, PAN card, and vehicle RC. Ensure images are clear and all text is legible. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours.
OTPs are delivered via SMS within 30 seconds. If you haven't received it, check that your phone number is correct and try again. If the issue persists, contact us at support@trippu.co.in.
Use the in-app "Report Issue" feature under Settings → Help & Support, or email us at support@trippu.co.in with your Trip ID and details of the dispute. Our team will investigate within 48 hours.
